1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Capperly (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where use of a sports betting companion tool is lawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created through third-party authentication (Google or Apple). You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, scraping data at scale, impersonating others, or uploading unlawful content.

5. Betting Disclaimer

Capperly is an informational and bet-tracking tool. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not guarantee any outcome. Picks, statistics, and capper records are for informational purposes only. All betting decisions are your own, and you bet at your own risk. 6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features are offered through paid subscriptions processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time. Fees are disclosed before purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Capperly and protected by applicable laws. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant Capperly a license to display it within the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capperly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
